I'm a day late, but no one has posted a 14th day yet.
I've been MIA, at a conference in LA for the last 5 days. But I'm back and on a smoothie fast! Just wanted to check in with you all, now I'm off to yoga :)

Where's day 14? Well anyway yesterday December 14th was day 17 for me. My mood has definitely improved since being 100% raw, and I have had zero slips so far. (I think). My skin is looking pretty bad right now though, I definitely broke out yesterday (had breakout prone skin prior to this, from my diet). :( Ugh, Christmas is in 10 days and I don't want to look like this. I know I should be looking at this detoxing like a miracle, but it's REALLY hard.
What I'm doing: oil pulling twice a day. Started drinking lemon water. Every day I have some fruit in the morning, green smoothie for lunch usually, salad or wrap or another green smoothie for dinner, basically. I'm eating pretty many cucumbers, and as for fats I always put EVOO in my salads, once a week, if that, I'll eat a small handful of nuts. I eat 1/2 to 1 avo a few times a week. I don't have a juicer or dehydrator yet (asking for them for Christmas!) I water fast once a week for either 24 or 36 hours, although I skipped the last 2 weeks.
Prior to going raw, I was probably 75% vegan. Consumed a lot of junk as in pretty much processed food (Kashi bars, chips, bread, organic cookies) I ate very little fresh greens if any per week. Had a banana every day and/or apple or other fruit like that.
Please someone give me some hope? How's everybody else doing?

Today is my Day 1
Things are going well.
OMG Dulse is delicious, I never knew.
Anyway I haven't eaten much today spen most of my time prepping planning and running errands.
Walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds soaking now.
Hope to get some kale chips in the dehydrator tonight, marinated eggplant strips already in there not sure that I'd call it RAW bacon cause I've not had pork in over a decade so I don't crave bacon but we'll see what it tast like when i take it out. I was originally planning to make a RAW babaganoush but....
B: water and apple
L: romaine, avo, tomato,nut yeast, dulse, EVOO
S: cashews, banana rolled in agave and grated cashews
D: romaine, avo, nut yeast, dulse, EVOO
S: apple, orange, cashew candy (grated cashew, honey and coconut flakes)
Hoping to make banana icecream with slices of strawberry when I get home tonight.
Feeling good. A bit hungry now 'bout to go eat dinner, thanks goodness for bananas a have two bunches in the car just in case!
