Hello All! I have relocated to Seatle WA from Olympia WA. In Olympia, we have two awesome coops where you can get bulk foods such as raw honey, apple cider vinegar, xylitol, etc. Any idea of where to get these things in bulk in Seattle? And yes I have checked out PCC. I actually live very near by.

Hello in Seattle! I don't know any good coops in. There is Manna Mills in Lynnwood. Mia Dalene holds hour long raw classes there every few Saturdays. I've been wanting to go to one of her classes. As for the store itself, I only shopped there once. Didn't go back because the stuff I bought seemed stale.
I like to to shop at RawVeganSource (http://www.rawvegansource.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?display=home) in Redmond. There is a $10 one-time fee to join. They sell the best nuts and olives anywhere around here. They also carry a lot of specialty items.
Welcome to town. Hope you like it. :)

I second the welcome! And also the recommendation for Raw Vegan Source. I also wanted to add that Thrive (generationthrive.com) is selling bulk stuff now, and has started selling produce as well. They are also by far my favorite place to eat :) I think they sell ACV and such . . . I usually just get nuts and books and coconut there.
Welcome again!

Can't believe I still haven't been to Thrive. Gotta go there!

Good to know, Dianne. Never been there either. I don't get around much. I'm a North-ender/East-sider. I have tried Chaco Canyon's carrot juice at the Green Festival, and their Carrot Cake at PCC (in the deli section).
Rosebud, what neighborhood are you in? I shop frequently at Central Market in Mill Creek, it has a large bulk section and good spice selection, though not really a coop. I think there is another Central Market in Shoreline. Then there are a few Whole Foods around, too. Again, hardly a coop. If you find one, please let me know. :)
