I'm looking to shape up before December 24th rolls around (that holiday season and of course I'm going to have to eat cooked food because I'm "still a kid" psht)...
Looking to drop about 10 lbs at least, want my skin to clear up, need more energy, and generally need to feel better.

What types of raw foods would you recommend? I know green smoothies should do it but what else?

Lots and lots of salad. Some people find that coconut oil is antibacterial so it might help your skin. Drink a whole lot of water. Good luck!

Yeah you definitely wanna bust those salads. I find my wellbeing diminishes when I abandon greens. Sometimes I forget how great salads are, don't forget to have fun experimenting. Sprouting is something I'm also getting more serious about, I underestimated how nutritionally dense (+ tasty) they are. You can try rubbing coconut oil/ other oils all over your skin, go ahead get freaky with it.

Hahahahaha You make me laugh Doperaw. I get "freaky with it" all the time. Coconut oil is my best friend!!!

Greens, green juice, green smoothies, green shoes and socks and undies (now stop Doperaw you got me all into knickers n undies now), green sprouts galore, green everything!!!

oh no! This quote reminds me of a youtube video of a morbidly obese woman saying 'turkey... does a body good.'! Sorry, had to share.

Yes, chlorophyl, fresh green juices are best but powders are also good.
