B: glass of water from Thai coconut; green smoothie made w/coconut meat, 2 bananas, 1 pear, handful of spinach, 2 dino kale leaves, ice.

S: Banana leather (my first batch/delicious!), other dried assorted fruit

Happy raw day to you, DRiz!

I hit the gym this morning and ran 2.3 miles along with some arm exercises...
Then, for breakfast:

Green smoothie with collards, 2 bananas, and cayenne pepper

S: apple

L: cabbage, spinach, mushroom salad with oregano, sea salt and ACV. frozen banana with handful of walnuts.

i've been busy the past few days and haven't come to post but still in!

today, so far:
smoothie (kale, blueberries, banana, chia seeds, maca, cinnamon, water)
apple with sunflower seed butter
mint tea (sore throat!)
handful of pecans
a salad just now with romaine, collards, alfalfa sprouts, celery, and apple, with some flax oil and lemon

soon, another snack! having a huuungry day.
