Can you please post your greens recipe? I have seen the ingredients floating around the board, but I am horrible with trying to determine measurements of each ingredient. If it is already posted can you provide the thread?

I basically use Alissa's marinade BUT, I use a little more Bragg's (to taste, actually), I use about 1/4 c. ACV to it. I then chop up some garlic, chop red bell pepper, onions and scallions up into it, a little poultry seasoning and stir that in with the greens. I mash and squeeze it all down with my hands until the juice is well absorbed into the greens (I use kale, collards and sometimes spinach in my mix) and marinate for a couple of days. Sometimes I need them in a hurry (like if someone wants me to make some for them) so I'll warm the oven and set the bowl on top of a pot holder on top of the oven (center, not on the burners) and leave it overnight. By the next day, they're nice and soft and full of flavor!
