Hi. Would someone please tell me the best place to order on-line "NOW" brand Coral Calcium (1,000mg). My local health food stores don't carry it.

I would very much appreciate any help you can give me.:)

Big warning: you might not want to ingest that type of calcium.

Silica has been said to build bones better than calcium (calcium is probably still involved though, at smaller amounts like we have in fruits n veggies). Silica: horsetail, nettle, oat straw teas, and some part of the bamboo plant is even higher than these. Or maybe try angstrom calcium? *shrug* it's up to you :D

I wanted to whiten my teeth. I read somewhere around here that coral calcium will do this. And of course, trusting sort that I am, didn't research it. Thanks for warning me Wordracr.

To whiten your teeth why don't you try doing oil pulling and brushing with activated charcoal? That's a healthier and non animal way of making your teeth healthier and whiter. There's a book by Bruce Fife called "Oil Pulling Therapy." Also, you can look up places to buy activate charcoal online. I have a website you can look at it's http://www.buyactivatedcharcoal.com/. It's suppose to make your teeth white and trap the bad germs and organisms in your mouth. Just put it on top of some Ayurvedic toothpaste and brush and rinse. Hope this helps :D

lioness - thank you for this information about the charcoal. I hadn't heard about it. I do know about the oil pulling though and have done it and will continue to do it.:)
