I bought some manna bread last week and absolutely love it.. However I'm curious if it is considered to be a raw food. It's made by Nature's Path and says it's "baked at low temperatures".
Any info. would be wonderful!
Thanks! :)

Nature's Path Manna Bread is one of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, it's not raw. I saw a post on another raw food board (can't remember which, I was new to raw and searching for a good excuse to eat this yummy stuff), from someone who had emailed Nature's Path, and they had said it was baked and not dehydrated.

Thanks for the info! I'm soo not happy to hear that tho!
I've had no success making raw breads from the raw recipe books I have..
Oh well.. I suppose the more I can stay away from the dehydrator the better..

Same here Angela. I have had no luck making raw breads. However, my baby does love the Manna Bread. But we arent 100% raw. I just try to fed her the best foods available. Raw or not.
