B: collard, banana, cayenne smoothie, apple.
S: banana
L: 3 apples
D: cabbage, spinach, fresh tomato, fresh green bean salad with small handful of walnuts, cilantro, sea salt, and ACV
The walnuts made me ick.
Everything else made me "HAAALLELUJAH !"
Exercise: When I awoke this morning, I danced and did crunches, ran in place for 15-20 mins to get the blood pumping. Then before dinner, at the gym I ran 3 miles.

I just made a big batch of Gabriel Cousen's CHILI recipe for dinner... it's warming in the Dehydrator now then I'm feeding it to my darling fiance and we're going to end the night on a cheerful, RAW footing. :D
This morning we sipped Green Smoothies and then had the leftover DELICIOUS, AMAZING, OH MY GOSH!!!! Raw Tacos from last night for lunch.
I love being a Vegan. Can I just say this again?
I LOVE being VEGAN!!!!

Good raw day today!!
Smoothie for breakfast,
Lunch was a big salad.... I start off making it in a bowl and end up on a big ol' plate! LOVE salads!
Dinner was salad with raw taco "meat" Yum Yum Yum!
Been keeping myself busy sewing instead of sitting around eating in my free time!
Off to bed, 'night!

B: A banana
L: Avocado and tomato with some cauliflower
Snack: My daughter made some frozen snickers (search this site). First time I have had them and they are ooooooo so good. I ate three.
S: Mac and Cheese (the one Eva Rawposa posted in her newsletter) It was really good but I had too much because I let myself get too hungry and now I am overfull. Bleah.
right now I have some nut nog chilling in the fridge. Not sure I will have any tonight since I am so full right now.
One of the first things I made in my new dehydrator was Alissa's flax crackers. They were so good. I sat down for dinner and had them with avocado and onion, similar to the way she served those two ladies in her video. I only had one tomato though and needed to save it for my lunch salad, so I didn't try it with tomato/avo/onion.
Anyway, it was delish and very filling. Love the crackers, they were just what I needed. Something crunchy.
