I have been visiting here for a while now. I knew I was going to go for this - I have to. I have exhausted every other way of trying to get back to myself. I have to say it is because of ALL OF YOU that I have the courage to try again. I have pictured this as being boring, but thanks to you, you have shown me too many choices....ohhh, where to begin, I have chosen to juice to begin with, but if I feel the need to EAT, I WILL make it RAW!!! Thank you, I look forward to getting to know each of you. And, if my experiences can help any of you in any way I will be here for you too. :)

I have found this board to have everything I was looking for-people here are so kind, helpful and encouraging!

I did 30 days raw over this past summer and have to say it was unbelievable how awesome I felt! I had tons of energy and just felt great! Today is my first day attempting to get back on all raw. I am highly motivated!
