I thought you guys would like this so I saved and posted it on here. I buy everything organic but every once they may not have organic so I try to buy the ones that have less than a 10% chance of having pesticides with the exception of corn which if not organic normally has GMO's in it.

with the exception of corn which if not organic normally has GMO's in it.

Papayas also come GMO nowadays, theres a papaya at my market which specifies "Non-GMO" which is dope. Thanks for the list bruh... it's nice to know what to totally avoid in non-organic form, considering I as well sometimes get the conventional product when organic is not available. I don't see dates on this list but it was a serious offender on another list so I always make sure I get 'em with the organic seal of approval.

Thank you for the information. It is very hard for me to find organic pineapple for some reason so I'm glad it is lower on the list.

I echo the sentiments of others who have posted in this thread, THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting this! Since I've changed my lifestyle and that of my family, I literally cringe when I can't find the food I want in an organic variety. I simply can't make myself eat it. I've been stressing out about this quite a bit here lately and am trying to "get a grip" (lol) but simply don't want to undo all the work I'm doing with detoxing our bodies. This list is MOST helpful for when I just can't get it organic, I will definitely shop from the very bottom of that list!!!

I was so happy when I found this list.Because in my area I can't always find certain organic fruits and vegatables even at natural food stores sometimes. This helps a lot.
