What a glorious day....

I had my Voice Lesson with my dear Coach, who is also a good friend, so it's always an uplifting experience. :)

It was STORMY, dark clouds and the scent of snow in the air all day... I LOVE storms, I LOVE snow! It's so rare in the Desert where I live that I am always excited by this. :D

And now my dear one tells me he's coming to spend the night tonight AND tomorrow night! We've been fortunate to spend lots of time together lately... though the extra free time is only due to unemployment issues, the OUTCOME has been blessed and you know what -- what are you gonna focus on, anyway?

I'm focusing on the extra FREE time, extra SLEEP time, extra RAW time, and extra LOVER time!!!

And look at that, I get more of all the above. *laughing*

Tonight's Dinner Plans:

Raw Tacos + Stuffing of delicious Walnut Mock Meat, Diced Tomatoes, Raw Cheeze Sauce, Cashew Sour Creme, and Chopped Greens!

It is coooooooooold here today, in the -20s right now. I didn't feel good this morning but am feeling lots better now. I did have to get out and drive in the cold tonight to take #3 son to gymnastics, but other than that I stayed by the fire and watched the kiddos decorate the tree.
B: Pizza
L: Green smoothie of bananas and spinach.
S: Salad with ranch dressing and sunflower seeds.
I had a few nuts here and there too.

B: 1 glass Carrot/ginger juice
Large green smoothie: 2 bananas, 1 pear, spinach, water and ice
L: 1 small slice of sweet potato pie
Huge salad of spinach, romaine, tomatoes, sweet onion, avocado, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds with lemon/olive oil as dressing
1 cup of gunpowder green tea
D: orange and some other types of fruit. I was tired and didn't eat much.

Got the new dehydrator today. Spent some time preparing flax crackers and banana leather.

I'm confused about the day threads. Today is the 8th, yet there is no thread started for today. Looks like the 6th was totally missed as there are no posts under the 6th day. What time of day do the day threads get opened so that we can post on that particular day? Thanks!

Administration posts the day threads, but sometimes life gets in the way for them. If there is no appropriate day thread by the time the day is underway, feel free to start one.

I didn't know we could start a post in this section either! I didn't post over the weekend, that days thread didn't show up and finally last night I posted yesterday on the 5th... :) Then day 6 & 7 showed up... oh well, I'm usually a little off anyways!!
