It could go either way. List the brand you're interested in and maybe someone would know off-hand. You can also ask the company what is the max processing temp (don't ask if it's raw - it might not lead to the most accurate answer).

It came to mind just now that you could also make your own (each time) by sprouting peas and blending them with some water and chew/drink that or more ingredients to make a thick soup.

If its in a Fresh Pea......Yes.. but if its in a Powder it's probably not RAW. If you like the Protein and are taking it in small quanities as a Vitamin, go for it.
