you can dehydrate them whole until theyre dark and wrinkled.I would do 105 for 7-12 hours.

Ive heard their great frozen as treats or blended as a sorbet ..........

with the excalibur, do I have to cut them in half or just set them on the screens whole? How long and at what temp? I have picked about 4 gallons of figs, and want to preserve them. Does anybody know how to?

UGH, I am SO jealous!!!! Dried figs make a wonderful treat and are one of my favorites (even though I rarely get them anymore!)
