Hi there. Quick question. I have some raw buckwheat that I got from my food coop a while back. It is brown, so I'm guessing it's unhulled. I have sprouted it (took about 2 days) and am planning on using it in a couple of recipes in the morning, but do I need to do something to get the hulls on, or just use as is?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Mine's kind of tannish, but I know it ranges in color to brown. I can't imagine it has the hulls on.
One thing I've found, is my family doesn't like it in things if the tails get too long. As soon as it gets tails, I now use it - to avoid that "sprouty" taste.

Thanks! I'll just rinse it again and go for it!
