I, for the last 2 days, have eaten purely raw and very lightly; fruits, veggies, salads, smoothies. & boy do I have a headachhee! I've been raw now for quite some time but am now feeling like keeping it simple. Does lots of exercise help with this?

Exercise, water, enemas and head scrubs.

Also,
A nice relaxing walk with plenty of fresh air: take lots of deeps breaths to fill your lungs. Every once in a while stop to swing your arms and torso from side to side and twist your torso...great for circulation. Stop, roll your head in slow relaxing circles then keep moving and breathing until you feel de-compressed and relaxed. This will help you sleep better too.
Hope this helps,

I know I'll get a lot of flack for this!!! but maybe you'll want to ease into eating that lightly....Slow down your detox a little so you don't feel so wretched.
I was getting candida, so really curbed those things to help get rid of it and got three migraines in a week....so I slowed it down. I just couldn't be that debilitated....
My thoughts anyway!

I think I'm not understanding, RawKate.
Have you been ALL RAW, or only partially RAW? If you've been 75-90% RAW and now going 100%, then it's likely Detox... I have found that drinking LOTS of fresh water + EXTRA Green Smoothie during Detox helps to ease the suffering.
And I detox straight through my head -- Migraine City! But I'd rather get it OVER with than slow it down because a Slow, Sorta' Headache for days on end sucks worse than a Dreadful Migraine for 8 hrs.... That's my two cents. I can totally understand not wanting to plunge immediately for some, though!
Above all, listen to what YOUR body is telling you to do. If that's exercise, go for it... if a hot bath, soak it up... etc., etc!
RawKate - I've been 100% raw since November 20th, or so. I had a headache and a general feeling of malaise for about the first 5 or 6 days. Then it went away. Suddenly, about 3 days ago the headache came back and I've had it again everyday. I'm really tired of it too. This may not happen to you, of course. Just wanted you to know that I'm sharing your pain. ;)

Exercise, water, enemas and head scrubs.
just what I woulda said but u said it so well
get the blood moving bigtime
lotsa water to move the body along inside
enamas to clean out the toxins and posins accumulating
and scrub your head and back of neck to get the blood and circulation going there
also can pressure point between the pointer and thumb finger, dig in deep and hold, both hands
massage your toes and where they connect to the foot (these are reflexology points for the head and neck)
feel better

DRiz - Same thing happened to me a week or so ago. The headache went from migraine intensity to allergy headache style, and back again over a period of a few days. I've been 100% for 58 days, and before that 75-100% for a goooood long while. I do believe that since I deal with some hormonal issues that my headaches will occasionally recur while these deeper issues get worked out and thrown off. :)

I have taken feverfew herb at the first sign of a migraine(years ago now) and it nips it right in the bud. Only end up with a residual achiness (very mild).

Exercise, water, enemas and head scrubs. Can one do a home enema? Strange. Head scrub, Oh yes! Last night I gave myself a neck massage and so much tension turned to relaxation. Thank you for the advice!

I have been 100% Raw since March of this year. Or so I thought. I've been eating things labeled raw, which were not really raw so I have eliminated these things. Green smoothies are Definitely helping!! mmm, hot bath. Thank you.
