What would you do if you found aphid type things on the underside of your indoor greens? Thank you in advance!
oh..they are white lil egg looking things stuck all over the back of the leaves!

I alwasy fill a spray bottle with dish soap (I use 7th generation) and warm water, take my plant outside and spray it down, let the soap suds settle a bit then wipe my leaves off and do a warm water rinse. The soap kills the eggs and living bugs and wiping/rinsing ensures you get all bug matter off so there's no resurgence.
Learned this from my mum who's a greenhouse owner/florist :)

You can boost your plants defense systems and apply some gentle fertilization by mixing a couple/few tablespoons of coconut water to a quart misting bottle and apply a couple times a week to the foliage. Pay attention to the leaf color and you should see some deeper greening within a week or so. Coconut water has nitrogen, phosphoric acid, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, plant growth hormones and regulators; lots of things plants (as well as us) like. Pests will usually attack a weaker plant over a healthy one, so it is a good sign if you have bugs, that the plants could use a boost also. You could water some in too but foliar feeding is a quick way to get it in their systems.

 NO, I'm so sorry. I used poor sentence structure and wording there. :D I meant to say, if you have bugs, meaning the bad bugs like aphids and mites, it is a good indicator that there is some stress already going on with the plants.
