I stayed raw!!!!

Tonite, I went out to eat (to Whole Foods) with my husband and daughter and her friends and they all had pizza (vegan of course- but cooked)... and I STAYED RAW! Yep! Our Oakland Whole Foods has a Cafe Gratitude in it, so while they ate from the pizza oven, I went and picked a raw lasagna!
I even SMELLED the pizza and was JUST A FEW INCHES from it, and I watched them enjoy it and I didn't take a bite- not ONE!
This is a major victory for me. I like to nibble on cooked foods and I've committed and STAYED 100% FOR 3 weeks now, maybe closer to 4!!!!

Sounds like you are getting over that big psychological barrier that is staying raw while going out with friends and family.

Good job....it's hard in that store....I try to avoid it unless I have just eaten cause to much eye candy displays of food samples.

Thank you all for the encouraging words! And yes, I am sooo LUCKY to have Cafe Gratitude in our local Whole Foods. I hope Whole Foods continues to build CG's in all of their new stores.... That may be a part of their plan....
