Sauerkraut!
If I had some fresh dill, I would make Snowdrop's Ranch Dressing.
I, too, dried dill from my garden this year and then stripped it from the stems into a glass jar. That dried dill smells INSANELY delicous! I'm planting a lot more next year! *Ü*

Use it in a dope seed cheese, with sunflower seeds, olive oil, black pepper, ecteterers. Spread on... your tongue.

I second "Snowdrops Ranch Dressing'.
"Pickled" cucumbers: Peel the cukes, slice 'em thin, marinate in AVC, water, and dill.
Dill Dressing and Dip: Blend cucumber, celery, olive oil (or tahini), dill, garlic, and sea salt.
Throw a few sprigs in a salad.
I love the flavor of dill with peas. If you can find some frozen peas that are not blanched how about making a pea soup. Here is a recipe I have been saving. Haven't tried it yet, but someday...
1 cup fresh or frozen pea, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 coarsely chopped small orange, 2 t. light miso, 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. onion powder, pinch of salt, pinch of freshly ground white pepper, 1 t. chopped fresh dill (or mint). Optional: garnish with 2 t. sunflower seeds.

What a great bunch of ideas! I have a huge bunch of fresh, organic dill I need to use!
Any other ideas out there?

I'd mix it in cauliflower rice or add it to a rawrito recipe instead of cumin for a dilly chip

How about make the ranch dressing then pour it over some kale and dehydrate for ranch kale chips?
