Just wanted to say that is my 10th day raw and I feel great. Not intended to get too personal but yesterday I had my period and normally it is a nightmare. I cannot get out of bed, I spend all day crying and vomitting, but this is the first time that it feels like I am not even on my period. no cramps, nothing. Is this because of my new raw diet change? If that is the case I will be raw for forever :)...anyways, just wanted to share that and ask that question.
