Hi! My name is Jamie, I am 24 and I recently move to the Denver area from Phoenix.
After some health problems that I was having, among other things I started being on a 70/30 raw food diet and am amazed about how much better I feel, mentally and physically!
This community has helped me a lot with finding recipes and great motivating stories.
