What IS RAW HAPPINESS???

I have been looking at this this week. As I am out of work for two months now and looking inside of myself around this. I thought this was a cause of my happiness (working). I was also thinking of this this morning in response to Sues blog last night.

But I had a breakthrough today around this.(with Revs post..which reminded me that I knew it all along actually)

I see raw happiness as being happy for NO reason, just for the sheer joy of being happy!!!!!

Only got a couple of hours of sleep last night so anything I write here might not make too much sense. I don't really understand not being able to explain why one is happy? I am happy today because I love myself. I really do and I don't feel this is wrong to say now. I am truly changing. I have peace today - peace within my heart and I even feel it in my body. And boy am I ever happy about "wheatgrass". Going now to write about it in my blog. Anyway, happiness is something we have to make for ourselves - not depend on others to make us happy. Of course others can sure help, but bottom line, we make our own happiness.:D
