I'm new into raw food and learning I can satisfy my need for chocolate with cacao and/or carob- can anyone tell me more about these products? Which is better? I've seen different variations of cacao- powder, nibs and etc... I need some info! Thanks!

Thanks Green Woman! I'll try it! I also see cocoa being used in raw recipes- is cocoa naturally raw? I'm talking about the kind you find in the grocery store, like Hershey's for instance. Thanks for your help!

Kimmm - NO, Hershey's is NOT Raw. If it's not labeled RAW, it's not raw. :) That goes for pretty much anything that's not produce... and with questionable items like Cashews, you might want to call the Company and find out for sure!

That's one of my favorites!!!! I've never tried it with almond milk though! I'll have to try it out
