Okay, it's high time I joined in here. I've just started walking again - about 20 minutes so far. Today, I went at a pretty fast clip. I find that I get back in the groove much faster now after a break from exercise. The only problem is that since I have fallen very hard - twice in the last few months - I am a bit afraid of the walks. At least I'd be safer on the treadmill. One of my legs is shorter than the other and it seems to be causing me more of a problem these days. Hopefully raw living food will improve it. I so enjoy looking all around me when I am out walking, but now I usually keep my eyes on the road in front of me just to be extra careful. The other day as I walked I could actually "feel" (in my imagination) my ankle turning and my going down to the pavement flat on my face. I know if I do it again, that something is bound to break. I so don't want that.
My goal is to get back to the gym this month.:D
Clover - yes, you are indeed such an inspiration. Great workout plan you have there.:)

concerning ideas on 30 day challenge
keep plenty of bananas / sun dried raisins / walnuts on hand as theyre a quick heavy fuel to wolf down thatll feel filling in guts and thusly fend off cooked food craving
before my runs i listen to a fave song to get the rythym in my mind to run by
and i always spend part of my run doing some time going backwards to work on coordination and leg muscle balance , if do just be careful not to catch heels on a joint / crack in concrete and slip go boom :D

Great ideas michigan roman. You gave me my first laugh of the day. If I can't walk straight ahead without tripping over my own feet how on earth would I ever be able to walk backwards safely!!??
