New to Raw

Hi all!

My name is Meri and I promised my sister Cyndee that I would do the 30 day raw challenge with her, starting in Jan. I think it will be a little challenging, but fun at the same time. We'll help each other work through any troubling times and bring us closer as sisters. I'm looking forward to learning more about becoming raw and the positive effects of doing so.

I am so glad my sister is joining me on the challenge! I have had 4-5 days straight of 100% but then screw up on the weekends. I wonder how diff I will feel after 30 days straight!

Welcome and good luck on your RAWNESS 30 day challenge. I might join you in Jan. as well. I'm leaving on Dec. 16 until Jan. 4 on vacation and will probably need to do a 30 day challenge for sure.
