i am on a water day-fast getting ready to MC cleanse beginning tomorrow.

my mind is revolting and rolling for any excuse to head downstairs to the fridge but such is a mind.

its late in the day went to the refrig a few times look in , but nothing happen
walked away thinking about that turkey meat i saw but ill pass .

at this moment im very hungry ever sense i dranked a glass of lemonade ive had hunger pangs like heck i almost open the bag of doritos on the counter
i guess its good not to have snacks in sight on a fast ill be so glad when this all pass well ill stay tuned in

I was wondering if i miss one day for a legitimate reason, is it possible for me to continue fasting the next day or is it that you miss one day you can only fast the last day. Please help this is what someone told me

you can fast any day you choose... you can also not fast any day you choose. :)
