Crazy cravings

I am having crazy bad cravings for SAD food. If I hear something I want it. I was walking by a girl at church who mentioned a food and my brain automatically started craving it. Right now my cravings for veggie chips are unbearable. How do you fight these cravings?

Thanks. I finally ate some celery with salt like someone on another site suggested and it satisfied that crunchy and salty craving.
