Hello all! I've been eating raw for 2 weeks and feel absolutely wonderful! :) I had a healthy diet before this time, so it wasn't very hard to transition into, but I was definitely not planning on doing it. One of my friends did a "20 day challenge" to try and lose weight, so I decided to give it a try (not to lose weight necessarily). I also thought it might help my mood swings I've been having and to give me more energy to finish my projects (studying Photography at Uni).
The only issue I suppose is that it costs me a bit more and I have to go grocery shopping more often, but it's manageable!
Anyway, thought I'd say hello... hi everyone! My name's Clare. I'm going to poke around the rest of the forum.
EDIT: Oh, also... I live in Canada and I do photography, music and belly dancing! (Another reason I love the raw food.... a lot of energy for dancing) I also have been making youtube videos for a few years and will probably make a video regarding Raw Food soon.
