I am starting to notice some of the effects of aging on my face...saggier skin being one of them. Will eating raw help to tighten it?? Is there anything I should be putting on my face?? Thank you!

I've heard (or rather read) good things about oils (olive, coconut, etc.) for direct skin application.

It definitely tightened my skin - on my face and I noticed it in my underarms when shaving. It is amazing!:D I am 63. And it wasn't due to anything that I put on my face but rather the raw food I put into my mouth.

Hey!!! I was thinking that this morning!!
Yeah, raw really did firm up the skin for me. That's the beauty of raw!!! :)
Plus, toning exercises overall for the body and face to also (super) boost the benefits of tightening the skin. Clay mask helps to improve the texture of the skin, keep it clear, and fresh looking. As DopeRawAbundace points out, oils are are great for direct skin application!

eating raw and using coconut oil has made a huge difference in my skin - almost no wrinkles anymore, chicken pox scars gone, moles and other weird spots fell off, hyperpigmentation (from Addison's) clearing up, and way less sagginess
You can also do face exercises to help firm up - the easiest is to say "ooo" "eee" "aaah" over and over in a very exaggerated manner. I learned this one while living in LA, it's supposed to be the Hollywood Secret or some such BS... But it totally works! Your face muscles will definitely feel it very quickly :D

I think raw has firmed my skin in a number of places, but the one I notice/appreciate most is around the boobs!
I didn't notice it much at first, my boyfriend did, lol. And for him to notice something like that it must be very noticeable! I looked and lo and behold he was right, an absolutely awesome side effect of raw!
Because believe me, if you've breastfed a baby, you need all the help you can get in that department!
