Last year I made stuffed mushrooms (they were dehydrated). This year I cannot for the life of me find the recipe. I have looked in every book I have and it isn't the right one.

The ingredients to stuff it tasted just like SAD stuffing (at least I thought it did). Anyone have the recipe? :(

I hear a lot about Alissa's stuffed mushrooms. Do you have her book? I don't like mushrooms so've not tried it yet I hear they're AWESOME!

Yes, I have many RAW books, and the recipe I'm looking for isn't in any of them. :(

Ones I have seen you just put the mushroom caps out
You can fill them with a mix of whatever you like
onions, tomato, avacado, whatever other veggies you like, chopped up fine
salt and spices to taste
and if you like Braggs Aminos you can use this too. Hope this helps.

Yes, I have her book, and that isn't the recipe. I have searched and searched and came up empty handed. I just liked this recipe better than Alissa's. :o

Maybe I will find it in time for Christmas. :D

I made stuffed mushrooms just stuffing them with a yummy stuffing recipe from Maraw. It is her corn nut dressing. It is right here:

When I made these I just marintaed the mushrooms them stuffed them with the filling and dehydrated them. Or you could eat them undehydrated. Anyways, they were yummy!
