Eat Raw is where I get my truly raw cashews. They've got other yummy things to spend your hard earned money on too...like carrot loaf (tastes like carrot cake), lemon swirl cookies, carob kiss cookies, .....

I've also ordered successfully from rawfood.com...but they always seem to be out of cashews.

Other nuts are ok to buy raw from your local health food store. It's only cashews that you need to be worried about (if I'm remembering correctly).
