...do you do? Just curious as to what everyone's favorite things to do are. I lift weights, go running, walk everyday, and do yoga. I also do workouts on Fit Tv. It's a great way to get some good stuff in. I love their Namaste Yoga and Gilad's Total Body Sculpt.
Oh, and I was wondering if anyone noticed any changes in their workouts after going raw?

I had been a runner in my younger days, but a back injury got me away from it. After a few years of several health issues, I started again, once I experienced some healing this past August. I had just done a four day fast and found RFT and went mostly raw. Shortly after, I had a relapse and the health went backwards again. I think it had to do with the hayfever season suppressing my immune system more. I have since recovered some thanks to raw, and am starting up again with the running, I continue biking, working on a speedbag a little, I try to throw in calisthenics and core work, and stabilization exercises on a balance board and a bongo board, and then a little bit of weights. I am finding out lately that my health issues might all be related to weak adrenals and am having luck addressing that with much prayer and increasing my use of maca. I am very excited that I am feeling better, but have read also that some of the work I am doing could be wrong for me, if indeed it is adrenal fatigue that I am suffering. I am still researching that, but am of the belief that I must use it or lose it, so I try to keep after it.
