I made these (http://thesunnyrawkitchen.blogspot.com/2009/09/rainbow-flax-crackers-ebook-sale-and.html) yesterday and they're the tastiest (and prettiest!) flax crackers I've made to date. These are so good ~ not "flaxxy" tasting either.

I made them exactly to recipe, using the carrots and cilantro. I soaked the gold flax seeds for about 1.5 hours.

Wow - so crunchy. Mine came out 'warped' like Carmella posted hers did. I dehydrated them at 105° the entire time. I broke them into pieces when done and I'm storing them in an open bag in the cupboard. Enjoy!

I'm not copying the post with recipe here as Carmella acquired permission from Diana Stoevelaar to share the recipe on her site.

Sounds good. So how to get to Carmella's site?

Thanks for sharing.

The link to the recipe was removed. I hope it's okay to say that if you Google the name of the recipe in my subject line, you'll find it.

I don't know the recipe to which you are referring, but Alissa's Lime Pepper Crackers are really awesome! They have several colors of bell peppers in them, so they are quite pretty, and delicious! Try them - I bet you'll like them!
