I made these (http://thesunnyrawkitchen.blogspot.com/2009/09/rainbow-flax-crackers-ebook-sale-and.html) yesterday and they're the tastiest (and prettiest!) flax crackers I've made to date. These are so good ~ not "flaxxy" tasting either.
I made them exactly to recipe, using the carrots and cilantro. I soaked the gold flax seeds for about 1.5 hours.
Wow - so crunchy. Mine came out 'warped' like Carmella posted hers did. I dehydrated them at 105° the entire time. I broke them into pieces when done and I'm storing them in an open bag in the cupboard. Enjoy!
