I want to make some gifts of raw chocolate creations, such as raw almond bark. I could use a good resource for working with raw chocolate. Any recomendations?
Thanks!

I haven't read Naked Chocolate, but it's the first thing I thought of naturally. Here's the official website, including some recipes that aren't in the book. http://www.naked-chocolate.com/recipes/

I have "Naked Chocolate" and it does not have any cacao/chocolate recipes for "chocolates". It's actually a little behind the raw cacao times...lol...as using raw cacao has exploded!
Good luck finding a book, though, and if you do please, please share!

Ani Phyo has a Gourmet Ready Mix Chocolate Kit for making raw chocolate candies. It is available on her website. She has a video posted as well in which you can watch her make them. It is very quick and easy. She recently published a dessert book and I'm sure it includes some chocolatey recipes.

Yes, yes! Cafe Gratitude's dessert book Sweet Gratitude has an entire section devoted to raw chocolates. I strongly recommend this book in it's entirety. It is the definitive raw dessert book.

Ani's dessert book has a recipe for chocolate "bark" made with nuts and dried fruit of your choice.
