Haha, don't worry, I am not going to start my own thread. Just thought you might enjoy hearing what I have been making on my uncooking marathon the past few days, getting three raw people ready to go to a land of hot dish and lutefisk and things out of cans for Thanksgiving.

Well we will certainly not starve! My two daughters and I sat down and planned all this. I said, we sure have a lot of treats (I rarely make desserts) and one of my daughters said, well then it won't be different from any other Thanksgiving! True true.
I have no idea how things will go. My sister in law is very antagonistic about healthy diets. Even last year, when one of my daughters and I were just grain free, sugar free, she constantly tried to sabotage us. My daughter had emergency room visits due to racing heart and shortness of breath until we figured out what was the problem, and my SIL knew this. But when we would come out to the farm, she would say DON'T BRING ANYTHING, and then there would be NOTHING for us to eat. So this year we will not listen, will bring our food and quietly eat it, and see what happens.
So anyway, I wish all of you around the world and here in the States a happy Thanksgiving! I will be internetless starting tomorrow for five days.
