I love cranberry juice and I ended up making a really yummy juice tonight. This is a rough estimate:
3 handfuls of mixed greens
2 cups cranberries
1/4 a beet
lemon and lime
stevia
Juice all ingredients, pour over ice and top the glass with a little water and enjoy!
The color was a beautiful redish purple and it had a nice tart/sweet cranberry taste. Yum!

I am going to be doing the Master Cleanse sometime in the new year, and I love the idea of cranberry juice. (Have to finish all the recipes in Alissa's book first!)
Thanks for the suggestion!

You ran the cranberries through a juicer? Or you made them in a high-speed blender?
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. I was going to make some "ginger ale" for tomorrow anyway. Maybe I'll make a cranberry ginger ale.
Juice:
apples
carrots
(now cranberries!)
and then add in ginger, and mix with some kombucha, rejuvelac and some sparkling spring water. (I just made my first successful batch of rejuvelac)
What do you think I should do with the ginger?
In the past, I've just taken the juice I've run through the juicer and put a little in the blender with ginger, then strain.
Do any of you run the ginger through the juicer?
