Almond Pulp Pudding

I had left over almond pulp and didnt know what to do with it so I tried this:

1/3 c almond pulp
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp grade B Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1/8 c rolled oats
handfull of raisins

Stir well in bowl and eat!

I'm so impressed with your creativity. I freeze my almond pulp until I find a recipe that calls for it. Needless to say, I am not a creative cook - er, un-cook!
