I don't consider this a problem, but thought I would share it and see what other people's input was!

I actually made it through yesterday 100% raw! Awesome happiness for me! Anyway... I basically grazed all day on veggies and smoothies. Never went hungry, so I was happy! :p

Today I got up (later than I planned, but oh well) and started cleaning house. About 2:00 this afternoon I realized that I had not eaten ANYTHING all day so far, but I was NOT hungry! I guess my body was utilizing what it had in store and doing some healing and all and did not want to be disturbed with food. I am really working on being in tune with what my body needs. :o

Anyway, had anyone ever experienced this? Normally I would have eaten anyway just 'cuz it was "time to eat", but I think I feel better for not having eaten.

Congratulations! Keep it up

I have days where I will eat only twice and feel so full all day...
Then there are days I am a bottomless pit. I mean, I'll be throwing down!
I'm talking pounds of food...

I don't know, I guess it's very normal. Most people experience this whether they are raw or not.

Best!

COOL!!!

I think this is more like the "natural" way to eat.

I know myself, that I do my best to eat what I want, whenever I want, and that works for me.

Yesterday I was hungry so got up and started eating and never stopped, today it is 1PM and all I've eaten is one baby banan, and one small glass of orange juice.

But, again, I think this is a more normal way of eating than to sit and eat 3 meals a day.

So, good for you to listen to your body.

YOU are doing so very well.

We are all with you.

You all are awesome for your input, thanks! Just having someone tell you that NOT eating is okay... helps! That sounds funny, eh!

Anyway, I had some homemade flax/sunflower seed crackers about 3:00 and then finally just ate an apple about 5 minutes ago. OOOH it was the yummiest apple too!

Well, I used to get a headache within an hour or two of "normal" eating times if I did not eat, so this was pretty cool!

Thanks again!
