Hello folks! hope all of you are having a great summer!

I have a question, since I live in Spain and some things that are used in Alissa's book are unknown to me... for example the "Bragg liquid aminos" mentioned in lots of recipes... could anyone tell me what that is?? some soya sauce??

Many thanks for your help,

Fermented sou beans - by some not considered raw, however, can you get nama shouya - a natural fermented soy sauce -raw. That would be best.

Yes, the Nama Shoya would be a good replacement: it's a fermented
UNpasterized soy sauce. If you can not get that either, celtic sea salt would work.
