Profile picture not showing up in posts?

Hi guys, can someone help me figure out why my profile picture isn't showing up in my posts. It is in my profile page, just not next to my posts.

I'm not a guy but I'll respond anyway ~

Your profile picture is not the same as your avatar. Scroll down to "options" and add your pic/avatar. That's what shows up on posts.

Yes, it's a bad one I see many women make. Why not say women and include guys? :D

Mods, I know in the past ONLY a mod was allowed to start the threads in the 30 day challenge ... has this changed? OR if not ... could a mod check in there because nobody started a sign up thread for September or one for Day 1. Just FYI, I know you guys have a lot to keep track of and appreciate ALL you do.

Why do I have a feeling this is someone looking to promote something? You need to update the month of your cut/paste and day one is a few days away, yes? And, yeah, the mods are all women, far as I know.
