OMG! SO SIMPLE and FRIGGIN' YUMMY!
I used swiss chard and spinach and let it sit for about 10 minutes (I couldn't wait 'till tomorrow). I then added some avocado and chopped cucumbers and a little bit of shredded carrots.
MY HUSBAND AND 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LOVED IT!
Actually so far they are lovin' Alissa's recipes! And so am I! I've made the zucchini hummus (which didn't last a full day around here) and butternut squash noodles (with a veggie peeler) with the pad thai sauce! O. M. G.!!!!
I am so excited!
