How long do salad dressings and jams last?

So far I have only made one dressing, Alissa's Creamy Italian, and I love it but an getting a bit bored with it considering she has so many to choose from. In old days I would have had at least three salad dressings in the fridge. How long do raw dressings last? Can I make three to have on hand safely for a few weeks?

Also, hubby has requested I make him some raw jams for lunch (he's getting to raw at his own pace and i love him for it :)) so I wondered about that to. With jam I would prob only do one at a time but he changes up his lunches so it'd still have to last a few weeks.

When does raw go bad?

Just go by the Look, Smell, Taste. Some things last longer than others. I would make different dressing but not in Large amounts.

Thanks Spicyfull. Guess I'll just start experimenting :) Maybe I can third Alissa's dressing recepies and go from there!

I use up salad dressing within 4 days. They may not be spoiled by the 5th day, but the flavor starts to change after 3-4 days.
