Okay, so I have completely stopped eating any meat, drinking cows milk and any processed stuff. I am doing fruit and veggies all the time. When I started this about a month ago I wieghed 150, I just wieghed this morning and am down to 144. So not too bad. I was wondering though, should I stop drinking my coffee in the morning? I DO love 2 cups of coffee in the morning. I put two teaspoons of sugar and two teaspoons of creamer in it. Do you recommend I stop doing the coffee? Also, is having an avacodo and almond milk smoothie for breakfast a bad idea? I have read conflicting info about avacodo being a good fat to have instead of a fat.

yes - you will need to can the coffee eventually. I started drinking mine black so it wasn't too tasty, and I just drank enough to keep withdrawal symptoms away.

When I went 100% raw it was very easy to give up the coffee, probably over just 1 week.

Almond milk and avo?? if you like it, why not?

Sometimes I eat 5 avos a day - maybe more but who's counting? I only limit myself due to money when they get more expensive....
