First I would like to say I have been raw now for 11 days! and down 5lbs Yay me. But the problem is I felt great my first week now this week my super great feeling is fading into a serious not so good feeling.
From reading I believe this is detox symptoms but is there anyway to ease them. Before Raw I ate very unhealthy and The symptoms are very harsh. Headaches, stomache pains, back pains, sore muscles. I am only 18 what is going on. Please any advice would be nice.
I don't ever plan on going back to the lifestyle before I just want to feel good again.

Ah yes, good ol' detox. Not much you can do except be gentle to yourself. Drink a LOT of water. Take epsom salt baths. Do dry skin brushing (google it). Take gentle walks. Rest. Your body is getting rid of a bunch of junk, and you WANT it to do that, so nothing to do but go through it.

You may find some relief eating more food, especially more fats. But it's best in the long run to do it like Katchmoleen mentioned. The more you detox now, the less later hopefully. Fresh coconut water can be very helpful as it's full of electrolytes. Possibly some Veggie juice too.

It's definitely detox, also known as a healing crisis. It can be quite awful. It's best if you can be gently with yourself as much as possible. Rest if you can. Yes, lots of water. LOTS! As bad as you are feeling, just remember what all that "crud" was doing to your body. 18? You are so blessed to be doing this now. I was 65 when I started, so I had 65 years of crummy SAD food and lots of meds to detox! I know how miserable you are - I was there, too. Hang in there, this lifestyle is so worth it!
