i really dont understand what is right and not right to post on this stie .
i red the rules and still dont get it.
can i talk about whats on my mine or is it other things i dont know.

Nazie, this is a raw vegan site. You talk about meat; you talk about Tootsie Rolls ~ one is not vegan; neither is (most likely) raw. I'm not even sure you're real or why you're here. Why are you here? Are you interested in Raw Veganism? Do you know what it is?

Talk only about raw food, no cooked foods. Don't link to other sites that promote other raw food programs or products if Allisa sells something similar. Don't promote another raw food program, like 80/10/10 etc. That's it! Pretty simple! If you get deleted, you can go to a moderator's CP and leave them a message asking why. I have done that and gotten quick responses that helped me to know better what to do.

We have all done it! Don't be embarrased or discouraged!

Why don't you go into your introduction thread... here (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?p=570156#post570156) and tell us a bit about yourself. Let us know what it is you want from a raw vegan diet.
