Try putting some greens in your smoothies. Baby spinach makes it green but really doesn't affect the taste as it is very mild. Then you are getting the good of greens aw well as the fruit. Start with a cup. I use about 4 cups.

No need to start slowly, go for it! Smoothies (and raw) are awesome and not to be feared. LOL.

One tip, don't include melons in your smoothies for better digestion. It is recommended that melons are always eaten alone because they digest so quickly. Also, maybe try a few less ingredients over all and make sure you "chew" each bite of smoothie to ensure good digestion.

You are off to a great start! Keep it up!

Blessings,

Yes, definitely add greens... in fact although I'm doing green juicing rather than green smoothies these days, when I do smoothies, I use mostly greens with just one fruit (such as an apple sliced up, but I blend the seeds and all). Maybe a lemon too.

And what the others said... no need to start slowly... your body will love what all that fresh raw produce will do for it!
