Hi all!
I have been on a raw chocolate kick these days (not unusual for me) & I have been making chocolates on mold that I got @ the craft store.
Some come out perfect & others come out watery and/or more fudge like. Also, I rub the inside w/coconut oil, but it still comes out bumpy on the surface...anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!!

Don't think I have the answer you are looking, but I find lining the mold or pan with plastic wrap works like a charm. Do you chill it in the fridge or freezer. Several of the chocolate recipes I use say to chill it for a few hours in the freezer. Love Chocolate!!! :p

I am into chocolate productio, too and I am meeting difficulties. I don't have a recipe of exact amounts of ingredients. I use molds (the little buddhas, somebody on this board introduced) and first of all the buddhas don't come out off the molds easily and if the do they show bubbles or because I am hitting the mold so hard to make them come out their shape suffers a bit. (I store the molds in the fridge, of course)
Thank you for any suggestions

Best regards
