I see an online health store in the Uk selling coconut sugar.
maybe its the same as palm sugar ? dont know, doesnt matter though.
I just want to know if its safe or if it rasies your sugar levels too much.

Coco sugar is 100% natural, free from additives and artificial flavoring. It is derived from the evaporating coconut sap or sweet toddy (tuba as it is known locally) through boiling in an open container where it is then allowed to cool and solidify. Coco sap if distilled, it turns into wine ( lambanog a local name which is commercially available).

when they mean heat, I think they mean sun heated
They can get up to boiling temperatures just using the sun and the right equipment.

Doesn't matter... heat is heat. Anything over 118 degrees is no longer raw.
