sorting cracked sunflower seeds?

how do you sort quick? if i leave em in to sprout, they dont and just mold up everything.

i did sort by hand, it takes hours because of so many cracked. About 60%!

I think you should find a different Supplier.

Not that it matters, but I just bought a 25lb bag from the only organic supplier in town. I might end up just using these for recipes if i can find ones that are like 90%+ whole seeds.

Maybe offer a website that can ship seeds w/o breaking them?

Hmmm - just last night I soaked my sunflower seeds for the first time to plant them, I've never planted them before.

I got mine from Sproutman. I wouldn't have noticed that a lot were cracked if I hadn't read your post. I've got my fingers crossed that they'll do okay - I just planted them tonight. *Ü*
