After lurking on this forum for many months I thought it was time to dip my pinky toe into the Raw Food Forum pool. :) I'm not 100% raw yet but am looking forward gaining a deeper understanding of what it's like to be raw from all of you.

Be sure to eat (click) the above banana - there is tons of raw stuff on this site and that banana helps you search for answers! Hummm... Bananas, raisins and a little honey is one thing my kids love!
