I wanted to share what I have made in recent days and how it turned out, how I liked it or not etc.

I have made:

marinated onions-I like them alot
chipotle onion rings-OH MY YUMMMM
eggplant bacun-good but goes soggy upon storage(any ideas?)
cinnamom raisin bread-yum (with pecan butter and jam)
cinnamon raisin (apple) muffins-yummy but heavy for my body
mushroom soup-OH MY! Yummmiliciouso
cacao smoothie-rawkin
almond mylk-delish as always
lotsa green juice-MY FAVE of all time
cinnamon covered cashews-still in the sauna
chipotle chili coated cashews-still in the sauna too (I hear them and they are both hooting it up in there!!!)
soaked and dried all my nuts-what a good feeling
ginger shots-warming and soothing
and raw pizza last week-still lingers on my mind (in the freezer for laytah)

So all this was so easy and so fun. Recipes I just threw together. I have always been a creater rather than a book learned person. I uncook like I cooked and thats how it turns out best for me.

Many of these I made videos for (tech challenges STILL) and will be seen later I suppose, on my blogsite.

Raw life, raw food fixin is so amaZING!!! You know what.?...I look at what I could be eating, all that sad, luxurious(?) food out there, and I feel like the most blessed person.

Sometimes I ask myself, is it all worth it? Why not just enjoy life and eat what they all eat? Will I say, at the end of it all (life as we know it now), did I enjoy this life of raw and doing it a different way than the rest?

The answer: unequivically YES YES YES! Just look at how I feel, look and AM due to how I eat!!! (and, most importantly, how God has taught me to BE)

Yum-OH!

The eggplant bacon? I used my veggie peeler and they were thin and I let them in the "D" for a good while, like 24 hrs or more... I used very LITTLE oil, some nama shoyu and smoked salt.

When I first went Raw? I didn't know how to do it, which is silly to me now, and I did follow recipes, but now I listen to my body and think of combinations that would taste good together...

It's all good!

lol, I didn't even notice your typo and probably never would have had you not mentioned it. But now it is funny!

Your food sounds amazing. Isn't it so fun to just create stuff?
